Pre-licensing visit·March 19, 2026

LPA arrived announced to conduct the Prelicensing inspection at 3/19 at 9:15am. LPA met with administrator Katherine Villanueva to explain the purpose of the visit. A second inspection was necessary because the facility was being used for another purpose(rent to a private party), the renter has moved on to a new residence. fire extinguishers are dated 4/12/25, water temp is measured 105-120*f. first aid kit is present and has required items. emergency exit gate swings freely and latches closed, Previous physical inspection had significant elements missing or to be improved that were resolved prior to the LPA's visit today: ~ lockable storage for sharps and toxics and medication and records now exist, ~ night stands and lamps in the bedrooms now exist, ~ light lights on the way to the bathrooms now exist, ~ trash in the exteriors has been cleaned, ~ extra bed linnen for all clients now exists, ~ 4 more beds are now availible, ~ missing screen on the screen door is installed ~ Required Posters(personal rights, ombudsman, federal workers rights, rights for resident councils) are now up. Administrator will provide the liability insurance and workers comp to the LPA via email(noel.wolfpetersen@dss.ca.gov) once they get a resident, and update the LPA on the status and number of their accepted residents on the first of each month until the post licensing visit. No citations associated with this visit, a copy of the report was read and given to the administrator, the LPA has no objections to the issuing of a license at this time. Exit interview was conducted.
