Based on the evidence this allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time. Exit interview conducted and copy of report printed for Administrator.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by; Based on observation and interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, staff left unlocked lorazepam in kitchen refrigerator and kitchen medication drawer was unlocked which possessed a potential health and safety risk to residents in care.
