What the inspector wrote

To follow up on annual inspection of 11/17/25, LPA Jeung reviewed deficiencies for which proof of corrections had not been received. The following deficiency still exists, and is recited on a following page: - Health & Safety Code 1569.605 Liability insurance is not current LPA observed that fresh vegetables are maintained for 2-day supply (CCR 87555 Food Supply), and hot water temperature is tested at 117 degrees F (CCR 87303 Maintenance & Operation). Acknowledgement of corrections is issued today--2 pages.
