On 5/14/2026, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) John Calandra arrived at the facility to conduct the Annual 1-year required inspection. LPA Calandra was greeted by Kristin Marcos, Associate Director of Operations and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the physical plant. This is a 3-story building with 30 apartments, 30 bathrooms, a memory care unit on floors 2 and 3 with 7 apartments on each floor, a library, kitchen, dining room, craft room, garage, outdoor patios, exercise room, etc. No accessible bodies of water or hazards were observed. LPA reviewed 6 resident files and 6 staff files. All were observed to be complete. LPA received a copy of the facility's sketch. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. The Annual will be completed at a later date. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report provided.
