Annual routine visit with medical professional

Based on review of client records, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 5 out of 6 client records reviewed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.- Updated MD reports for clients #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 are dated more than 12 months ago or not on file.

HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE... training requirements shall also include an additional 20 hours annually, 8 hours of which shall be dementia care training... & 4 hours...postural supports, restricted health conditions, and hospice care, as required by...1569.696. This training shall be administered on the job, or in a classroom setting, or both, and may include online training. This requirement is not met, as there is no record that 1 out of 5 staff received annual training on dementia, postural supports, restricted health conditions and hospice care.

First aid training requirements
