What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Steve Chang conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with licensee Thelma Blanchard. The purpose of today's visit is to follow up with the previous case management on 3/17/2025 and 3/27/2025. LPA observed 1 staff and 2 residents (R1 and R2) in the facility. LPA interviewed R1 and R2. R1 went to doctor appointment during LPA's visit. LPA observed a dish cleaning solution bottle on the sink in the kitchen, licensee removed it and locked it. LPA observed 4 resident rooms in the facility. 2 out of 4 resident rooms were observed not organized, Licensee stated staff clean resident room twice per week. Licensee stated the facility respects residents' privacy. Resident R1 stated he/she will clean up the room later. LPA discussed with licensee regarding to keep the facility in compliance including the documentation and reporting requirement. Exit interview was conducted with licensee. The report was provided to licensee for review and signature. A copy of the report was provided to licensee.
