What the inspector wrote

On 09/25/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaime Vado conducted an unannounced complaint investigation visit to deliver findings regarding the allegations received. LPA met with resident services director Ria Hernandez and explained the purpose of today's visit. During the investigation, LPA Vado and LPA Jain made observations, reviewed documentations, and conducted multiple interviews. It was found that the facility has had pest control in place for several months prior to this allegation being made. Pest control regularly came and set up traps and conducted evaluations prior to the allegation being received. Documents reviewed confirm the services from the contracted pest control. Staff were also trained to make observations and report sightings as well in order to immediately conduct spot cleaning or alerting to pest control for a return visit before the the regularly scheduled visit. Based on the information received this allegation is unsubstantiated. Based on these observations, the above allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are unsubstantiated at this time.
