What the inspector wrote

To complete annual inspection of 4/6/26, LPA Jeung reviewed random staff files and random Centrally Stored Medications Records. Deficiencies of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, are cited, based on observations made on 4/6/26 and today. See also Technical Advisory Notes--4 pages.
