*On 10/24/25, LPA Maria (Mita) Partoza, amended the report to remove confidential information that was inadvertently included on the previous report.* Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christine Kabariti arrived unannounced to deliver the finding for the above allegation. LPA met with Administrator, Aaron Dell Coronel. On 04/22/2025, the Department received a complaint with the above allegation. On 04/23/2025, the initial investigation was conducted. Based on review of the facility’s roster and interview; Individuals involved with residents' have cleared fingerprint and have cleared background information, no record of criminal act including the registered sex offender (RSO) registry was found. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging RSO is present in the facility and found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegation is false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. No deficiencies were cited per California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22. This report was reviewed with Administrator, Aaron Dell Coronel and a copy of the amended report was provided.
