What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted a Prelicensing visit and met with Administrator Eugenia Smith. During visit, LPA toured the facility inside and out. LPA toured 8 resident rooms and found them to have working lights and available bedding and clothing storage areas. LPA toured the bathrooms on the first and second floor. Each bathroom had available soap and paper towels as well as working lights. The water temperatures in the bathroom sinks ranged from 113 F to 114 F. LPA toured the facility including the courtyards and outside area. The outdoor exits were clear of obstructions. LPA toured the kitchen area and observed there to be a perishable food supply of at least two days and a non-perishable food supply of at least seven days. During visit, LPA reviewed seven resident records and seven staff records and found them to be complete. Facility records indicate the fire alarm system was professionally inspected on 01/02/2026. The emergency disaster drill log indicates the last drill was conducted on 12/09/2025. During visit, LPA reviewed the Component III Presentation with Administrator Eugenia Smith. The Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies. This report was reviewed with Administrator Eugenia Smith and a copy of this report was provided.
