Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Ivan Avila and Kerry Hiratsuka arrived at the facility unannounced on 4/13/23 to conduct a Annual Inspection. LPAs met with Administrator Kristine Boban and explained the purpose of the visit. LPAs toured the interior of the facility together with staff to ensure health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured include but are not limited to: common areas, 6 resident bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and medication room. In the areas toured no immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed. Resident care needs appear to be met. LPAs reviewed Staff training and reviewed 6 Resident files. Several topics were discussed. No deficiencies are being cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report left at the facility.
