At approximately 11:10AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced, to complete an investigation into the above allegations. LPA met with Administrator Edward Gadia. The Department conducted an investigation into the above allegations and found them to be Unfounded. Based on interviews conducted, the statements were made duing hallucinations and were not true. LPA reviewed menus and observed lunch in progress. Food provided was within regulation. This agency has investigated the above allegations. We have found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. No citations issued.
