Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farhaan Sarangi arrived unannounced at Rockville Terrace Senior Living for the purpose of conducting a Case Managmenet-Incident inspection. LPA was greeted at the door by, Administrator, Mikayla Muehleisen, and was granted access into the facility. During this Case Management-Incident inspection, LPA interviewed staff and Resident #1. In addition, LPA requested the following documents: -Staff Member #1's file -Training records for Staff Member #1 -Staff Roster -Staff Schedule for December 30, 2022 -Resident Roster -Termination policy No deficiencies were observed or cited during this Case Management-Incident Inspection. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to the Administrator.
