Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Continued from LIC9099... Based on record review and interviews conducted, LPA was able to determine that R1 has a known documented history of mismanaging their money and being confused about it. Based on record review, interviews conducted, and observations made, the allegation that the facility has committed a personal rights violation regarding the management of Resident 1’s (R1s) personal finances is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaint allegation is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted. Copy of report discussed and provided to Administrator. Signature on form confirms receipt of documents.
