Continued from LIC9099... Based on observations made, interviews conducted, and lack of evidence, this allegation is Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint allegation is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Exit interview conducted. Copy of report discussed and provided to Licensee. Signature on form confirms receipt of documents.

Type A. Serious citation. Imminent or substantial risk to children. The regulator requires corrective action immediately and may impose a civil penalty.

Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

No medications shall be transferred between containers.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observations made, Licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed multiple instances of resident medication being pre-poured over 24 hours in advance. This is a potential health and safety risk to residents in care.
