What the inspector wrote

LIcensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived unannounced to conduct an inspection and check on the care plan of resident R1. LPA found the facility to be clean and organized. All the residents' rooms were clean and arranged for the comfort of the residents. R1 was alert and resting comfortably in bed at the time of visit. R1 demonstrated that they were able to change position independently. Administrator has set up a day bed in the living room for R1 to use during the day so that R1 can participate in activities and socialize with the other residents and staff throughout the day during R1's convalescence. There were no deficiencies found at the time of inspection. No citations issued.
