What the inspector wrote

On 12/08/2025 , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ali Deniz arrived unannounced to conduct an annual inspection. There were no staff members or residents in care present at the facility. A family member (Amancia Garcia) of the administrator opened the door. LPA was able to speak with Administrator Valjoseph Zamore over the phone. Administrator stated that they are started working with the replacement agencies to get their first resident. Facility never had a resident since licensed by CCL. LPA was unable to complete the inspection and will return at another time to finalize it.
