Post-licensing visit·September 11, 2025

09/11/2025; Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loera made an unannounced Post Licensing Visit. There are currently no residents in care. Facility approved/cleared for 6 ambulatory. LPA was greeted by Administrator, Reggie Capili. LPA was notified facility is currently working with a fire marshal for regulations regarding non ambulatory as facility plans to receive approval for non ambulatory residents. Administrator will send an updated facility sketch to CCL when completed. LPA toured the building and grounds. The facility was found to be at a comfortable temperature. Facility had required postings. All exits were free from obstruction. All rooms were furnished per regulation. All rooms were in good repair. Extra hygiene products and linens were available. Water temperature was measured and found to be within the range of 105 to 120 degrees F. Fire extinguishers were found to be fully charged. Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors located throughout the facility were tested and operational. Toxins, sharps and other items that could pose threat if available to residents were located in the garage and in the kitchen and were found to be secured. Medication storage closet was observed to be locked. Facility has an activity room with various games available for resident use such as chess, karaoke, and painting, along with an activities calendar that will be rotated monthly. Administrator Certificate for Reggie Capili #6074540740 is current (01/18/2025 - 10/22/2027). No deficiencies cited during todays visit.
