Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that water temperatures in sinks accessible to residents in care measured at 103.1 degrees F in room #9/#10, 125.6 degrees F in room #2 but measured at 98.5 degrees F in shower faucet in long hall bathroom next to kitchen, and 103.4 in smaller long hall bathroom, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
