What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cuadra conducted an unannounced case management inspection of facility and met with Kelly Eiksen, Licensee. The purpose of this case management is to follow up on updated fire clearance. There are five residents currently. Licensee added a room to facility, submitted permits and fire clearance on 9/13/2024. LPA observed the new resident room, which appears to be in compliance with regulations. No deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Licensee and a copy of this report was given.
