LPA observed the garage to have a couch, tv, personal belongings of S3-clothes, mail, shoes, stored personal food , and other personal miscellaneous items. The garage is not fire cleared for a sleeping area/room.which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
