What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cuadra arrived unannounced to conduct this Case Management Visit to amend a report originally dated 05/23/2024. LPA met with Lisa DiBartolo (Administrative Assistant) The document requires amending because secured perimeter was not reviewed by the Department on error when there was a change of ownership. The licensee have submitted pertinent documentation for the Department to review. The Fire Department is engaged and approval is pending. Currently, the facility is operating under fire clearance approved on 11/16/22 without secured perimeter waiver. Report was amended and signed today, 7/9/2024. No citations were issued during this visit.
