Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hansen conducted an unannounced case management and met with Camille Brown, Interim Executive Director(IED). The purpose of this case management inspection is to follow up on an anonymous call received at Community Care Licensing (CCL) regarding laundry piling up outside of the laundry room. LPA conducted an inspection of the facility and observed multiple bags of laundry piled up outside of the laundry room (see LIC812 -pics). During today's inspection LPA was informed facility is short on housekeeping staff. IED has explained to mitigate the abundance of laundry the facility has hired a vendor to help ensure laundry is cleaned timely. Prior to LPA leaving laundry issue was remedied by laundry being removed in the hallway (see LIC 812 - pics). There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
