What the inspector wrote

As a result of this investigation, this LPA found the allegation to be SUBSTANTIATED - A finding that the complaint was Substantiated meant that the allegation was valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard had been met. The following deficiency was cited per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report along with appeal rights was provided.
