What the inspector wrote

An office visit was held today, regarding the over-all func tion and compliance of the facility. Present at the meeting are Licensing Program Manager, Czarrina Camilon-Lee, Licensing Program Analyst, Albert Johnson and Jason Lund with Administrator Jenna Pamittan. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the on going issues with the facility and compliance with: 1. Care of Persons with Dementia. 2. Health screening of staff. 3. Medication Administration 4. Fire Clearance The facility has submitted plans of corrections for the above mentioned citations. The Department will be taking the following actions: Increased monitoring of the facility will take place. Referral to Technical Support Facility/Licensee will be referred to our Legal Division for review. As a result of this conference a citation will be given for Administrator Qualifications Exit interview, appeal rights and report given.

This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to clients in care.
