Licensing Program Analyst K. Hiratsuka conducted this announced pre-licensing visit. LPA met with Applicant Lata Rani. This facility has a fire clearance for six non-ambulatory residents. There are two shared and two private resident rooms. There is one staff room. The staff room has a full private bathroom. There is one full common bathroom that has both a shower and tub. There is a common area that connects to the kitchen and dining area. There is an office/activity area behind the dining room that has a locked cabinet for medications and files. The backyard has gates on both sides. There are two locked sheds in the backyard. There is a laundry room that connects to the garage. Component III orientation was conducted. The facility meets regulations. LPA is going to submit this report to the application specialist.
