What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) KaSandra Lopez conducted an unannounced Case Management - Deficiencies inspection at the facility today due to a violation observed during the complaint investigation of control #29-AS-20200803140639. At 2:15 PM the LPA reviewed records for Staff #1 (S1) and Staff #2 (S2) which revealed S1's first aid and CPR training expired 9/25/21 and S2's first aid and CPR training expired 9/26/21. Pursuant to Title 22 Division 6 Chapter 8 of the CA Code of Regulations, the following deficiency was cited (refer to LIC 809-D): Exit interview conducted. Today's reports and appeal rights were reviewed and will be emailed.
