What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) JoAnn Rosales conducted a Case Management - Deficiencies visit at the facility. LPA met with Administrator Eric Terrill. During facility tour with staff Ashley Villarreal starting at 2:48 pm LPA observed shampoo, hairspray, hair mask, conditioner, blonde bond enforcing premium lightener, disinfectant wipes, pure acetone, isopropyl alcohol, barbicide germicide, pseudomonacid fungicide & virucide in an unlocked beauty parlor accessible to residents. Pursuant to Title 22 Division 6 Chapter 8 of the CA Code of Regulations, the following deficiency was cited (refer to LIC 809-D). Civil penalties issued in the amount of $250.00. Exit interview was conducted, today's reports, civil penalty and appeal rights were reviewed and emailed to the Administrator.
