What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Teresa Camara conducted a Case Management - Incident visit regarding a self-reported suspicion of elder financial abuse by a staff at the facility. LPA met with the administrator/executive director Jill Morris Chapman and explained the reason for the visit. At 10:00 a.m. LPA conducted an interview with the administrator. At 10:45 a.m. LPA collected pertinent documents. Further investigation is necessary. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report issued.
