Per interview with Mark Brassfield, Wellness Director, there has been no reports or complaints from any family members about resident mistreatment or reports of resident abuse or mistreatment by staff. Based on interviews conducted today, there is insufficient evidence to establish that the residents are being mistreated by staff, therefore the above allegations are unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted with Mark Brassfield and a copy of this report was provided.
