Post-licensing visit·January 5, 2026

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived unannounced to conduct a Post-Licensing inspection of this Residential Care Facility for the Elderly and met with Administrator/Licensee Sukhjinder K. Dhillon. There are currently four (4) residents; and three (3) staff were on duty. The facility is a single story building with a capacity of 6 residents. LPA inspected the kitchen and common areas and bathrooms. Bathrooms were maintained in safe and sanitary operating condition, with soap and paper towels provided. Grab bars were present in bathrooms. Toxins are stored inaccessible to residents in care. Water temperature was 109 degrees F, which is within regulation of 105 - 120 degrees F. Kitchen was clean and sanitary. There was an adequate supply of perishable and nonperishable foods, as required. One resident stated the food was very good. Medications are centrally stored in a locked cabinet in kitchen area. The facility conducted an Emergency Fire Drill on December 15, 2025. Facility does not handle resident monies. The outdoor areas are well-maintained with outdoor seating and shade provided for residents and guests to enjoy. LPA reviewed a sampling of one resident and one personnel file and found them to be complete. No deficiencies were found at the time of inspection. No citations issued.
