Continued from 9099 Complaint alleges that the facility is not a comfortable temperature. LPA conducted several visits, conducted interviews, toured the facility and made observations. The facility was found to be between 74 - 76 degrees Fahrenheit, which, when asked, was a comfortable temperature for most individuals using the dining room. In addition to the dining area being 74-76 degrees large portable heaters were available during two visits made by LPA. On LPA's third visit the heaters were not there but the fireplace was going in the dining room, with open tables in close proximity available for seating. Based on the observations that were made, the interviews, and the records reviewed the allegations that insufficient staffing resulting in care needs not being met ; and the facility is not a comfortable temperature are unsubstantiated meaning that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited during the visit. Signatures on file and Appeal Rights given
