Continued from 9099 It is alleged that Facility is not following proper protocol for COVID-19. During the course of the investigation, photographs and interviews were conducted showing that used PPE was not properly doffed by staff; nor was it properly discarded, stored or removed during an active case of Covid-19, therefore this allegation is substantiated. A finding that the complaint is substantiated means that the allegation is valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard has been met. Deficiencies cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 of California Regulation. Failure to correct the deficiencies and/or repeat deficiencies within a 12 month period may result in civil penalties. Appeal rights given.
