What the inspector wrote

LPA Hiratsuka, conducted this unannounced visit. LPA wore the surgical mask during this visit. The purpose of this visit was to go over the documents that are required for resident files and staff files. This was a continuation from the first annual inspection last week. Administrator Scott Terry was unavailable this morning to review the files with LPA. LPA did leave behind some documents that are required for staff and resident files with Caregiver. LPA shall return at a later date. No deficiencies cited during this visit.
