What providers tell us about this citation
Based on community experience, not official guidance.
89 California RCFEs were cited for incomplete administrator certification records. LPAs verify your administrator's credentials on every visit, so keep the original certificate and recertification documents in a clearly labeled file at the facility. A lapsed certification puts your entire license at risk.
