What providers tell us about this citation
Based on community experience, not official guidance.
38 California RCFEs were cited for broken or damaged dishware and equipment. LPAs open cabinets and flip plates during the kitchen walk-through. Spend 15 minutes each Monday checking every plate, cup, and utensil for chips or cracks. Replacing a dish costs far less than correcting a citation and explaining it to families.
