Annual inspection of childcare center preschool component. Center operates from two homes, currently using 3540 with two classrooms. Health and safety standards being met with proper ratios. Multiple critical deficiencies identified including lack of director, lead testing not completed, and missing staff documentation.

- No bodies of water, free-standing water, cleaning supplies, or toxic items accessible
- Snacks provided by center, lunches from home
- Kitchen maintained with current menu posted
- Personal storage for children
- Personal water bottles and drinking water access
