Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived at the facility for an unannounced Case Management visit for the purpose of clearing Plans of Correction (POCs). LPA met with Director Rina Jarin. The purpose of the visit was to clear the POCs dated 01/29/2026 and 02/18/2026. The facility was previously cited under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, Sections 101212(f), 101206(a)(c), and 101229(a)(1). The director provided written statements for each POC, along with training logs, indicating understanding and compliance. LPA issued the POC clearance letter during the visit. No deficiencies were cited during today’s visit. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were provided. An exit interview was conducted with Director Rina Jarin.
