What Happened
Random unannounced inspection found two violations: toxic cleaning solutions improperly stored in food preparation area (corrected during visit) and missing carbon monoxide detector on arrival (facility retrieved one during visit). New play equipment was inspected and approved.

- Toxic cleaning solutions observed being stored in area used for food preparation (immediately relocated to food storeroom by staff during visit)
- Facility did not have functioning carbon monoxide detectors on arrival (facility retrieved working detector during visit)
- Newly installed play equipment inspected and approved for use by children
