What Happened

Lead exceedance found in water fountains. Two fountains (Library Sink 1 BLDG 2 and Bubbler BLDG 6 sink 1) had lead levels of 5.5ppb or greater, exceeding the Action Level. Fountains placed offline and made inoperable.

  • Lead values of 5.5ppb or greater in Bubbler BLDG 6 sink 1
  • Water not deemed safe to drink per WD section 101700.3
