What Happened

Annual random unannounced inspection found facility generally in compliance with ratios and supervision. Two water quality issues identified: Sink 2 in Room 2 and kitchen food prep sink exceeded acceptable lead levels and were made inoperable during inspection pending replacement and retesting.
