What the inspector wrote

On May 8, 2026, at 8:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Simerjit Kaur conducted a complaint investigation. LPA met with the director Rebecca Hester. Present during today's visit were preschool aged 47 children and 8 staff members. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews and record review. It was alleged that staff handled day care child in a rough manner. Based on observations, and interviews, LPA received conflicting information that staff handled day care child in a rough manner. LPA determined although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted with director Rebecca Hester and appeal rights provided.
