What Happened
Unannounced annual inspection at Model School Comprehensive Humanistic Learning Center. Facility in compliance with staffing ratios and health/safety standards. Minor maintenance needed on outdoor equipment with some fall-absorbing material detaching.
Observations
- Some outdoor play equipment in need of minor repairs
- Surface of outdoor activity space needs minor maintenance
- Fall-absorbing material squares detaching from under high climbing equipment and slides - creates potential hazard
- Deficiencies observed (see 809D)
