What the inspector wrote

On August 7, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Program Director Ameena Muhammed to conduct a Required - 3 year inspection. Present during today's visit were 24 infants and 12 staff. LPA toured the facility for a Health and Safety check. Due to time constraints, this annual inspection will be continued at a later date. Exit interview conducted. Report reviewed with Director Christa Edwards and Program Director Ameena Muhammed. Notice of Site Visit provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
