On 08/19/2025 at 9:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted a Case Management Inspection at Blueskies for Children - Hedco Infant/Toddler Center. LPA met with Director, Christa Edwards and explained the purpose of this visit. During today's visit, there were 19 infant children with 10 staff in 2 classrooms. Director stated there are 22 infant children enrolled. LPA is following up on an self reported Unusual Incident Report submitted to licensing on 08/08/2025. LPA toured the facility, observed classrooms, reviewed files, and obtained relevant documents. Based on information obtained, this incident NEEDS FURTHER INVESTIGATION During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Christa Edwards. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
