What the inspector wrote

On 09/29/2025 at 09:30 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Campos arrived unannounced to conduct a RANDOM ANNUAL INSPECTION. LPA met with Office Manager Michelle Massaro, Licensee Farida Mujeebi and Director Sayeeda Siddigui showed up shortly after. No children were present during today's visit. The facility operates in it's own portable on the campus of John Gomes Elementary School. The portable was toured for a health and safety inspection. The facility operates from 7am \342\200\223 6pm Monday \342\200\223 Friday. The facility has ample age-appropriate materials in the classrooms that were observed to be clean and in good condition. All toxins, cleaning products, children\342\200\231s medication, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. Bathrooms are shared with the Elementary School and staff accompany children to ensure no commingling occurs. There is a separate staff bathroom on site as well. There are multiple fully charged fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors on site. Facility does not transport children. All Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergartners are picked up by staff. All older children come to the classrooms on their own. Food preparation areas are kept clean, well maintained on today's date. Children either bring food from home or obtain school lunch. Facility provides snacks for the children. All children have access to clean drinking water as well. The outside play yard is clean with ample age-appropriate materials for the children. The facility utilizes the elementary school play yard on a schedule as to not commingle with elementary school children. There is plenty of shade and the play structure has ample cushion. LPA did not observe any harmful or unattended bodies of water in or around the facility. Page 2 The facility is operating within their licensed capacity and is in ratio today.
