What Happened

The annual inspection found the center clean, organized, and operating with strong safety systems in place. The main issues were expired medication and record deficiencies, while the rest of the site, including drills and postings, was in order.

Observations

  • One EpiPen was expired and two bottles of Benadryl were expired.
  • Two staff files were missing proof of pertussis vaccination.
  • One child file was missing the parent signature on the LIC 613A and another was missing a Physician's Report.
