What Happened

The infant and toddler component was largely safe and orderly, with clean cribs, emergency cribs, and good storage practices. The main issues were sign-in failures for four children and missing infant record paperwork in multiple files.

Observations

  • Four children were not properly signed into the facility
  • Three infants were missing a Needs and Services Plan
  • All infants under 12 months of age were missing LIC 9227 Individual Infant Sleeping Plans
