What the inspector wrote

On March 11, 2026 at approximately 8:30 am, License Program Analysts (LPAs) Simerjit Kaur and Julia Placencia conducted an unannounced Case management Inspection . The purpose of the this visit is to remove the probation status. LPAs met with Director Sarah Baker and tour the facility. There is also school age component (013415194) and Elementary School on campus. There were 25 preschool age children and 4 staff members present during the inspection. The facility is located on the campus of Celebration Church. The preschool age program operates out of four classrooms 3 and classroom 8, classroom 9 and classroom 7 during mornings (AM room). The facility operates from Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm. On February 23, 2024, the facility was granted probationary license for two years, and the facility agreed to follow the terms of the stipulation and waiver and order issued to facility. The required documents are posted for public review. The facility meet the requirements during the probation period of two years. Effective as of 03/11/2026, the probationary status is removed. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conduct with facility director Sarah Baker.
