What Happened

Case management visit following unusual incident on 5/2/24 where staff member grabbed child from arm and forced them to sit at play dough table. Child was crying and refusing. Staff cited for personal rights violation.

Observations

  • Staff member grabbed child from left arm and took him to play dough table forcing child to walk and sit, child was crying and refusing (personal rights violation per CCR 101223(a)(3))
